I probably would advise going against a seamless body, absolute ball ache getting the sleeves on, I eventually did it though

That looks to be the case unfortunately, you don't need to use super glue, just use like fabric glue or something.

Yeah, I tried that but you know the bit where her elbow is?, that bit is quite thick so even with the plastic wrap, I'm still fighting with the silicone.
