There are good elements to be sure, but the materials on the belts are straight up trash, even in photos, & the colours are obviously wildly off. I want a Triss, but I think I'll wait & hope for now.

It's supposed to be centred. The rest of the dress has an asymmetrical design, but the collar should still be lined up with her collar bone. If you look at the promo photos or stills from the game, you can see the difference.

Yours is slightly off centre, too, though not anywhere near as far as mine.

Even with the crooked cheongsam dress, I'm reeeeeal happy with this release. Getting all this on the seaamless body was non trivial, but damn, does she look nice.
