EXO-6 Star Trek "The Wrath of Khan" Figures

Yeah the Saavik sculpt looks a bit simplistic there, but the likeness is spot on so I can live with it.

In the video you can hear Nanjin telling Matalas Savik is probably coming in September with McCoy going on preorder after, and then Spock.

Unsure if it’s TWOK, TMP, or TOS McCoy. Or TWOK or TOS Spock.

Considering they were talking Savik I’m assuming it’s TWOK.

I've been patiently waiting for EXO,s OG Movie figures, this is the era of Trek I grew up watching with my father and has always been my favorite.

Same here and it sounds like the only full crew from a specific movie NT wants to do is TUC which is fine but if we'll be getting TWOK figures first I'd imagine we won't get TUC crew for another 2.5+ years. I'll probably wait until then so they look consistent from one movie.

EXO really didn’t even show much off in terms of movie figures recently. Just Saavik, the TMP trio, and FC Worf I believe.

And Kruge but Saavik and Kruge are entering their final stages of production so we knew they were coming plus we've seen FC Worf for a while. It would be nice to finally get TMP McCoy and finish off that group although I think adding an Ilia figure would have been amazing.

Same here. My dad introduced me to Trek when TWOK was on TV. From there he went out and rented III & IV for me and then I was introduced to TOS. I remember seeing VI and Generations in the theater with him. Trek is definitely one of things we bonded over.

I haven't watched the original episodes for a whileTOS...but did this past year and I cannot believe how well they hold up. Cheesy yes...but so well done. well shot, well acted.

It felt like the aliens could be real people on another planet or parallel earth.

I like that things take time to build up to a big finale rather than how it's done today...CGI it all and overuse everything because they can.

As a guy you can relate to a young Kurt and an older Kurt later in life.

Yes Kurt has always been one of my favorite characters too.

In the 1992 movie "Captain Ron", Kurt Russell played the part of a captain...so he was in fact Captain Kurt

Just to dig this off-topic Rabbit Hole a bit deeper….. you can pooh-pooh CGI all you want (and I often do), but young and old Captain Kurt in GOTGII was flat out INCREDIBLE! And I can relate to them both!

I know they pulled a protoype from the display cycle, yet TWOK line aint real to me till I have confirmation of an actual Khan figure.



And if it's true they will skip TOS Khan cause they already did him at QMX, I hope they reconsider, and maybe do him in a different outfit. (ie his dress uniform) .

I agree. TOS is by far my favourite Star Trek show, it is really the only one I watch now. They were so well done. The Kirk, Spock, Bones dynamic works brilliantly, Shatner, Nimoy and Kelley worked brilliantly together. I will also add Scotty is a superb character and also fits in brilliantly with them.

Also no CGI, part of me hates CGI now as it is so overused. I often love to watch old shows like Star Trek, Invaders, UFO, Battlestar Galactica (original) and Buck Rogers as I prefer them to probably all the modern stuff really.

Well he said he wouldn't make another TOS Command Chair and that seems to be happening now, so maybe there's a small chance we'll see another TOS Khan as well. That old prototype he made in the gold tunic looked spectacular.
