Not surprising if that's it. They can't really show anything at SDCC that they don't have a global license for. Dune, MJ and Bruce Lee is all they have in that department. Maybe for their own event they might be able to squeeze in extra stuff but not sure how that works.

I think you are spot on. These couple things they showed at SDCC all have global license. They could show the other stuff at their own private event like they did at Vegas couple years ago.

1/6 Bruce Lee would have been nice at least.
They'll probably do both like TDK Batman. They need to avoid doing that terrible looking cut up body though on 1/6. :lol Needs to be seamless like that recent Hot Toys Wolverine body.

Yeah I imagine they'll squeeze in more stuff for their own event, if they do one. SDCC is just their small window of opportunity to be exposed to a new audience and event in the US.

Someone responded to my Facebook comment about MJ by saying they’re supposed to be having some sort of event after the con on Friday to show off stuff that isn’t licensed in the US, yet. Curious if there’s any credence to that…
I can confirm that is true not sure about the licences products though. Willfox I believe is going too that event.

Still very underwhelming though.

I do wonder if they can just put a disclosure that these items aren't available for distribution in the US as a way to go around any restrictions from them displaying whatever they have.

I agree. If their licensing precludes them from having a presence in the States, they’d be better off saving some money and doing an online showcase like Prime1 and Sideshow do or presenting at Ani-Com or something.

I think the problem is they came out swinging with Joker and nobody counted on HT going on the offensive/course correcting to the degree they have. It was already David and Goliath, and, as someone who’s in love with my InArt Batman, I really hope they can adjust on some things and stay in business, but they’ve got to learn to walk before they can run. Their brand recognition will get out there if they continue to improve and deliver products on time.

Yeh they have ‘announced’ 1/6 and 1/12 Bruce Lee already, I just meant you’d think they would have gone out their way to bring 1/6 to SDCC, considering they are extremely limited in what they can bring.

No update on Reeve is massively disappointing. I fear the worst now.

All this time and they can't cobble together a Batfleck prototype to show.

They claim Cavill is releasing in Q3 this year. Be amazed if it's this year let alone the next three months.

With such long wait times you'd think they'd QC wouldn't be a big issue but they're having significant issues there to.
