Because they think we’re dumb enough to make a $300+ on the whim purchase in order to save $2 from expiring.
These rewards are great when you’ve already got a stash of them to add to, but fruitless when you’ve drained your balance and are looking at $2.
I wish they’d offer more promo codes that actually worked on PO.
