I’d never heard of them before and I’ve steadfast been shifting my attention back to 1/6th and away from 1/12th/Mezco adjacent stuff, but the prospect of officially licensed, mixed media Alex Ross stuff, in any scale, excites me immensely. It also helps that they look friggin’ great.

Looks really nice! I wish someone company would develop a 1/6 muscle body with those proportions so I could upgrade some of the Sideshow comic figures.

I preordered this Superman from OneSixthKit in November. Looking forward to preordering Captain Marvel (Shazam) to go with him. They both look great.

I didn’t even know this went up for Pre-Order. Hopefully, Kit’s still got him available. What was he running, cost wise?

It is still showing up on Kit’s site but the cutoff date was November 28th, 2023. It was $84 USD. It was supposed to be ready Q1 2024 so maybe more will be available closer to when it actually releases.

Yeah, I looked it up after I asked and saw that the Pre-Order link is still up, despite the cut-off, but I didn’t want to Pre-Order it if there are none left.

Can't wait to see some in hand photos! CM eyes are a little too visible for me.

The teeth-exposed angry sculpt is a strange choice for Superman. However the hair on that sculpt is fantastic. This is probably from the scene in the UN but even then I don't remember such an expression. Anyone?

Overall, the figure are very good! CM is really impressive as is the default Superman. Hopefully they'll do a WW.

Just received my Superman in the mail today from Kit. The shipping was quite fast.

For some reason, I thought I was getting the exclusive version but when I opened it up I saw that I received the regular version. It’s not a very big deal for me since I was just planning to display him with the neutral head.

Be very careful when switching out the hands.
His left hand came off easy but I had to use a hair dryer to put the fist on.
I then tried to pull off his right hand and half of his hand peg came off with the hand. I thought I had just broken the figure but by using heat, I was able to snap the peg back together and then used heat to put his right fist on.
The bottom line is to use heat when removing and putting the hands on.

I then noticed visible glue on the cape where it attaches under his shirt but once futzed and flipping the cape over (as should be done), then the glue is no longer visible.

Once I got over the initial issues, I could then appreciate that this is a great looking figure and I am glad I purchased it. Of course it helps that I am a huge Alex Ross fan.

I had a similar issue with getting the fists on too.

Superman's a great figure but one of the bicep joints snapped in half inside the shoulder. It wasn't tight or clicking. One twist and it came off. It's still held somewhat in place due to the fabric.

Had no issues with Captain Marvel though.
