Then InArt will become just like Hot Toys, a slave to the Disney machine with everyone eventually complaining about how all they make are Star Wars and Marvel characters once the novelty wears off
Nah, it just means they’d also have the opportunity to do icons under the Disney licenses, character designs that deserve the INART treatment. Who cares if some people would complain too.

That’s exactly what ppl said when Hot Toys started making figures that Sideshow previously made. The cycle continues and patterns repeat, I guess :dunno

But for arguments sake, how do you even know they will be allowed to tackle the supposed "icons" before whatever Disney is demanding from them at the time? I think ppl forget that Disney chooses what they allow to be made. Do you really think HT wanted to make Morbius of all characters? Or maybe a better example would be how JND wanted to make Raiders for their 1/3 Indy (arguably the most "iconic" version of Indy), but Disney only allowed them to make him from The Last Crusade.

My apologies if this photo has been talked about already but is this the InArt Bruce Wayne?

Not gonna lie, pretty disappointed with Inart’s showing at the festival. Hoping there is more to see tomorrow. Really wanted to see an updated look at the Reeve Superman. Also can’t believe there is a Hathaway Catwoman proto before a Bale Batman lmao

We never saw a tease of Legolas from any convention so who knows? But if that's the only new 1/6 they showcased there, that's just utterly disappointing.

That's a very good point. Wonder if they will just drop some figures for PO without a show display prior like they did with Legolas going forward.

Yeah, really disappointed. Gonna see what else comes up after I wake up. Never expected to see fkin Catwoman before Batman.

Almost every time I post about their shows over the years I mostly just complain lol, unfortunately this one is also disappointing, Snape is the only thing I'm excited about. They're moving far too slow for me to put big hopes on them, and with price increases they'll be at $600+ soon, which is a threshold I won't cross, I'll just buy customs at that point lol

Agree but I might still want Dumbledore, unless his rooted beard makes him $1000 by the time he is up for preorder lol
