I'll just repaint mine, when having the time and getting the right paint. Will not buy new ones, just to see this time the Scout diapers turning brown or something.
If you find a good paint to use, post it here. I never noticed the pouches discoloration before, but my ocd is kicking in.

Missed this but I would have loved to add another to my collection at that price.
Yeah the following day they'd all gone. Not sure where they'd appeared from, as they hadn't been available on their website since they'd originally been released.

I just realized my solo Scout has more discoloration on his pouches than the one that came with the speeder bike.

Took him off the bike to clean him and was thinking I’d put him with ROTJ Vader and stormtrooper, but man… those pouches look so bad now! Makes me so mad. This is the best version and it’s ruined.

Looks like the white paint has simply evaporated, the canvas showing its original color. This invention used by HT can revolutionize the paint industry. :lecture Have a white t-shirt which after a couple years transforms into a brand new brown t-shirt.

I don't have the time now, but we need to be looking for some white fabric paint to repaint these pouches in the near future, before they turn dark brown like Bantha poodoo (or Ewok poodoo)

It's disappointing to read all of these reports of pouches turning brown. I've always told myself if I ever downsize my 1/6 collection, the HT ROTJ Scout and Speeder Bike aren't going anywhere. It's my favorite trooper after all. But dang, I'm not so sure now. I don't mind a weathered look, but the pouches will look awful once the white paint has evaporated.

I wonder how my SS ROTJ Scout is fairing in storage? I'm kind of glad I hung onto that one.
