BWS's Weapon X is my favorite comic work. The use of the shorts is a disgrace. I refuse to buy anything with the shorts, so I'm crossing my fingers too.
I don't think we've had a nude statue since that art asylum piece. It's is beautiful, but very outdated.

I need to see more. Is there a glass tube? What does the lower body and the base look like? Is there a light up feature? What I'm desperately hoping for is a switch out portrait. I need a portrait with Logan wearing a helmet with the red visor. These questions will all play a part as to whether or not I PO this PF.
If I remember correctly, they did have him wearing it in the tube. I think they also used it to wipe his mind and for his new memory implants.
Still want it. He had his memories erased and false memories implanted. The helmet could've been used for more than training exercises. No helmet, no sale for me personally. I'll pick up the XM Weapon X instead if it comes down to it.

The helmet is kind of a moot point, unfortunately. Prime1 already did a statue with him escaping the tube with the helmet on.
In MCP it was just a glorified antenna. He was shown without the helmet in other parts of the book when under analog and broadcast physical and mental control and conditioning. It was only used in the part of the story when they are pushing for the longest operational range.
After that I think it was retconned into other things... like stolen "yautja" technology. Groan.
Psi-borg (Aldo Ferro) was responsible for the mind wiping and false memories.

Yes, unfortunately though, I believe that statue is 1/10 scale.
So, we've got a helmet. This will come with a switch out portrait of him wearing a helmet. Unfortunately, the reveal also shows no glass capsule. For me personally, it looks pretty awkward without it. Waiting for a full reveal but I think I found a custom 1/4 Weapon X more to my liking.
