Yes, it’s from the game. I just DL’d it and beat the first level, tried the code and got that message.
I pretty much gave up on Sideshow codes after the last event where I missed out on every single code posted. And now this…
Check to make sure you haven't already played that level. There are six levels that will get you reward points ($1, $2, $3, $4, $5 and $10 respectively totaling $25, levels 13 through 18 IIRC). If you try to get rewards for any of those levels a 2nd time you'll get that message.
Never downloaded or played that game before.
Scratch that. It actually did apply to my account even though it gave me that message.
Levels 1 through 12 are levels from previous versions and the codes associated with them have expired. Start at level 13 and you should be good.

Yup, did that on my last three recent pre-orders. Almost all of them three days late, even though they're (Sideshow) only an hour and a half away.
Yesterday FedEx finally delivered a two day late package...the delivery time was supposed to be 10AM-Noon window...they didn't show up until almost 8PM.
