YES! Artisan Winter Soldier!!! This will definitely be mine and pair well with the new Cap!
Is this like the 12 days of Hot Toys or something? They seem to be hitting the announcements hard this week.

Okay so that more or less means I have to get Stealth Cap. Not to mention the eventual Artisan Black Widow WS Edition we'll get as well.
Only thing I do worry about is the pleather outfit. The original one is falling apart for a lot of people. Hope they don't cheapen out on that here.

You would think/hope that Artisan implies real leather, too... but this is Hot Toys, after all. Pleather would be a huge mistake, though at least it'd give us all a few more years of enjoying Bucky before we're back in the same boat...

Well, Cap in his Strike suit never appeared in a scene with Winter Soldier, the ‘classic’ suit would make a better pairing.Okay so that more or less means I have to get Stealth Cap. Not to mention the eventual Artisan Black Widow WS Edition we'll get as well.

Don't really care to have them matching outfits for the scene they appeared in. It's more so for representing the movie as a whole.
Even if they did his civilian blue jacket version, I would get the stealth suit over it since it makes for a more interesting looking figure.
Same for Black Widow. They'll most likely do her long straight haired, black suit version that she wore in the opening scene. Would still have her displayed with Stealth Cap and WS.

I definitely believe they'll use real leather since they're going all in on other figures like 1974 Wolverine from DOFP, Indiana Jones, T2 T-800 having all real leather goods. So I don't see why they wouldn't go all out with Artisan Winter Soldier.

Wait what if this isn't an Artisan release but a normal one but will have wool hair similar to Beetlejuice!?

I mean the Fartisan Anakin was pleather, so there is a chance that they will (unfortunately) use it here too.
Hot Toys really just boosted their Stealth Cap sales with this tease

That’s what I was thinking, especially since there’s no artisan logo on the teaser image. As much as I don’t want the artisan price tag, I sort of want it to be just so I can also grab a sculpted hair headsculpt parted out later

I mean that's definitely their choice on that version who knows if it's pleather or a fake material with the same appearance. Regardless we'll see when it's out but so far. The figure I mentioned (Wolverine I can confirm had a leather jacket) will all have leather clothes. So there is a possibility that it will happen here. Though if Anakin has pleather that definitely will suck for those who scored one.
Back when Bucky was cool. Still one of the most bad ass MCU designs and he’s gotten worse with every subsequent appearance.
