They often fail to do enough research and deliver sub-par results. Unfortunately.

There's a Demi Arts Mando Starfighter, which they say is 1/20, and it's about 2 feet long. So, I guess a Falcon in the same scale would be just under 6 feet long.

I think you are right. I googled the actual Falcon size and it's 114 feet long, which translates to 5.7 feet. So, either this is going to be a bazillion dollars and impractical or it's not really 1/20th scale. Either way, I think Iron Studios "close enough" approach to a lot of things won't be "good enough" for me...

Color me interested! I have the MR SE Falcon but let's see how this one looks and size too!
Ugh, man I wanted that MR Falcon back then...

I was so close to buying the regular a few times for under $2k back when. But between the size/space needed and even at the discounted prices I found, I think my wife would've divorced me as she was pregnant with our twins at the time when it was announced back in like summer of '05. :lol

The EFX one I saw in person at a SW Celebration in Orlando, but it was tiny for the price. And there was the Deagostini kit one too, but that was just as big as the MR I believe, and was even more expensive. I saw that in person at the same SW Celebration also. Plus I didn't/don't have the skills to spruce it up with better paint. And I almost forgot about the cool Code3 Collectibles metal one. But that was kinda small too. Like the EFX. I do have Vader's Tie from Code 3 I also got for dirt cheap, like under $100. But no case came with it at that price.

Oh well. I have the Hasbro BMF TVC version I bought "for my son" back when. But still sealed in the box all these years. That thing can also look damn impressive with some custom paint.

Maybe on day I'll have a nice Falcon model. But for now I have the floaty Beast Kingdom I got dirt cheap and the new Jazzwares Micro Squadron Falcon I also got cheap. :lol

Looking forward to see what this turns out to be.

The MR Falcon was always a grail of mine. I didn't get until 2020 and even now, solid it to upgrade to the MR SE. I remember back when the LE was discounted at like $1800. I was younger and didn't have the funds back then, begged my dad but he said no. Now he's kicking himself lol.

I know a great large MF is tough to come by, perhaps this will relieve the itch for you. I hope it looks great and is a good size. I know life can get in the way, hope you find one you're satisfied with. Hasbro BMF is a great pickup for sure!

Good luck and MTFBWY, hope to see this soon!
