I don't mind the pose either. It reminds me of the fence scene in JP///, when it's chasing Alan Grant and Eric Kirby. I do think the tail needs to be changed though. It doesn't look right all twisted at the end.
It's 1/12 scale, whereas the Prime 1 Spino is 1/15. So this one should be a bit bigger.

Agree about the tail...just needs to be straightened out a bit.
Their 1/12 JP T-Rex was $1790 on Cinemaquette. So I'm guessing the Spino will come in at $1900 or $2000. Plus shipping
ECC is usually open to feedback, especially when items are still in the prototype phase. I have seen a number of people question the way the tail is twisted, so with any luck they'll take that feedback and straighten the tail out.
