It's definitely something to improve both inart and HT Batman. I definitely will get it myself and see which works best with it.

Got the Hot Toys figure in and added the armor bits as well as the HT hands, boots, and cape. Very happy with how this looks currently. Just waiting for my Unreal Customs sculpt now!

I did he said he's open to do it. But that depends on interest and I know he'll provide painted and unpainted versions.
I got my Deckard sculpt from him and it turned out amazing so I know his work is great, I'd be interested to see what he can achieve especially if it has movable eyes.
