I think you're right, part of it has to do with the nose appearing too wide, especially the upper part. But the head in general is a little too narrow, I think. Also the jawline appears a little too angular—it should be a smoother curve, but where the jaw meets the chin there's too much of a dip inward making her chin look pointy. Nevertheless, I think it's a pretty darn good likeness.

Interesting observation about the headband, I hadn't noticed. Only bothers me a little since you mentioned it. Thanks for that! But seriously there is something about the likeness that they nailed on this figure, more so than any other figure that I can think of, and that's the most important aspect to me.
