Ugh. I know the movie has a lot more fans now (for some reason), but are there really tons of people eager to put down $380 for an Arnold Freeze?
WOW!! This came out of nowhere. I can't believe it. It looks amazing!! I knew if Hot Toys were to do this, it would have LED features. But I'm impressed with the outcome more than I thought I would be. This is going to look incredible lit up on the shelf!
I think @JazzInc needs to fast-track Ivy and release her ASAP just in case Hot Toys does.

My first thought was 'Poor Joost.' Sounded like he'd got pretty far along the approval process for his Freeze. License holders should probably disclose things like 'Oh btw, your biggest competitor has already completed their prototype of this same character so you might be wasting your time with this one.'
Getting the suit right and to work with all the lights and correct finish etc would have been a ton of R&D so ditching armoured Freeze could save JazzInc a ton of time and allow them to make a start on another character before Ht steals even more of their thunder.
If they still want to get a Freeze out there to make use of whatever sculpt progress they've made, an Arkham inmate version with his the bed (or a portion of it) and the ice-figurine would mean we'd have all of his key looks from the movie across HT, SooSoo and Jazz.
I'd buy it...

Hot Toys randomness algorithm is on fire this year.
Looks great. Not for me but I'm glad HT is going into left field with stuff like this.
