It's the Terminator 3 1:1 Bust (one with the blue light up eyes)

First post, so sorry if this sounds like a silly question. Has anyone had any slight flaking of the T3 finish coat? I've notice on mine a very small part on the back of the base where it looks like what I can only describle as clear nail varnish coming off.
