I've removed it. It required a lot of heat and liquid soap. Apply heat to the neck joint and pour soap into the ball joint. Keep on applying heat with the hairdryer for about a minute, get a cloth and pull on the head, it should pop off. NOt sure why you'd pop it off though, ca't really add...

Spidey's hips are tough. Make sure you loosen all the joints with dish-washing liquid and a hairdryer. My Spidey's right hip broke off and now I'm depressed. :( I did loosen all the other joints after the fact though. He's much better now.
