Sulu looks really good in these images. I'm looking forward to getting him whenever Sideshow starts shipping him in the next few months. I'm still stunned he sold out from the QMx website in minutes. He literally vanished as fast as he did in the Squire of Gothos episode. ;)

I'll get Sulu, and include him with the rest -- because you just have to have Sulu. He'll be standing in the back row in the lineup -- with every effort made on my part to pose him so that the smirk is less-noticeable.

Yes, the prototype head sculpt was an ace, but I'm over it. I'll be happy with the one we get. He looks really good for the most part. I'm looking forward to getting the helmsman.

I'm also disappointed in this version. Seems like they either had a last-minute "tweaking" to please some corp suits, or they simply just employ the "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" strategy for selections -- but it is what it is. I can live with it though. He's the best Sulu figure out there...
