Received my replacement base today, whew. It has a new number (box matches as well). It's later in the series (1200s vs. 500s). As a collector - other than if it falls into the 1-20 range or so, do you care what number it is when you collect/buy? That said, I would love to compare pics with...

I eventually had to call in and speak with someone after not hearing back via email for over a week. I have a replacement base piece in route, finally! Hoping all the paint shades match... Once I get it, they instructed me to smash the other cracked base into pieces and send pics as proof...

It's been over a week so far and I've had one reply... 5 days ago... tried calling yesterday, only automated voicemail, left message, still waiting to hear back. Grr.

Ugh great. I've heard back once so far, where they wanted a picture of edition size? I assumed they meant the XXX/1750 on the bottom of the base so I sent another picture and am still waiting to hear back, hoping today... As far as the "fix" - I could easily glue it and would look like it may...

I got mine in today, and alas, the base was cracked in two :( Awaiting word on how they're going to handle return/replacement.
