I believe it was from Thingiverse yes. I printed it in different sizes, but the one that fit was exactly 1/6 of the 1:1 file. So 16.66%. I had to mod the inside as I didn?t want to remove the black rim from the helmet. It is the only addition needed beside the cape and weathering yes. Unless...

Yes, the blast shield is printed. I?ve used Tamiya weathering powder and stick. Makes me able to remove it if I one day regret ... and it looks pretty realistic:)

Has anyone tried to remove the black brim from this or the R1 helmet? Can it be done without breaking anything?

You mean the print lines? The thinner the layers the the less you see them. Also sanding, paint and filler gets rid of them. And from a bit of a distance you don?t see them anyways.

Can someone tell me if the capes worn by most Mimban Stormtroopers are the same as the Mudtrooper one? ...I think there are two different ones, a green and a black, but want to know if the MT cape can be used for a Mimban ST.

Yay, the first of my mudtroopers is on the way from an Italian retailer. I rewatched Solo last night and I?ve really come to like it - and especially AE as Han. So I think he?ll be allowed to show his face in my display;)
