This thing costs $240 and I am not ashamed to be picky. That sculpt is really off. In fact, it is only slightly better than DX05 Indy or MMS220 Wolverine in my opinion. All three of them are soft and off in areas that make a big difference.

This was my most wanted figure of the year by far but sadly I don't like the sculpt at all. From most angles I am not seeing Chris Pratt and it seems very muddy and smooth. And yes the headphones are WRONG. The foams are orange Hot Toys. Seriously.

I actually do the same thing as JMW so I don't see it as bizarre at all! If a figure is not posed in a way that is believable it throws the entire look off. An example would be on many Iron Man figures where they are posed with the bicep armor pieces facing directly forward which wouldn't feel...

Are the armor panels(chest and legs) still that rubbery material or are they plastic now? I'm close to ordering but the thought of having a melting suit in a year's time is very concerning.

Definitely unfair, as I never had a chance to pose mine before getting that sinking feeling of disappointment. Both of my figures from Sideshow were already peeling when I opened them.

I'll only be picking up Ultron, and only if he is NOT diecast.

If you can find her for a decent price Angelica is a great companion piece. I know she isn't the most popular character but they were made for each other. The accessories and tailoring are top notch and the sculpt is much nicer in person.
