so, after some more changes and adjustments, the neck is finally done. will do any remaining finishing touches on figure during next day or two. After that, I'll take photos of the entire finished figure displayed and be open to offers on the this Medix figure to anyone interested.

Thanks, Captain Clown! I just used pieces from what was leftover after doing all the previous mods. In the end, the neck will be pieces of medicom, dx12, and anything else left over. For the armors that wrap around the back of the neck I'm using soft rubber pieces. not the hard plastic.

neck work about 60% done. here's a quick look at it so far:

mini update on custom neck work. as expected, there's been quite a bit of trial and error. lots of adjustment and re-adjustment. finally feel like I'm on the right track. It's still in the early stages, but here's a sneak peak. hope to have everything done in another week. early sneak peak...

All work on shoulder armors is completed. body is now basically done. Gave the boots a repaint and like it a lot better now. Will begin work on the custom neck. Aiming to have whole thing finished in another week or so

attached the shoulder armors to the figure. comparison between stock figure (left) and this Medix. I reshaped the top shoulder plate by heating it. Made it more rounder and actually stretched it out a bit too. It's now longer compared to stock.

small update to show the shoulder armor mods are basically done. split each side into two pieces and scratch built the bottom armor pieces. just need to glue everything back in place.

Thanks! Yes, will also be doing the shoulder pad mod. Will make them into two separate armor plates on each side. Also will be creating new neck piece with real mesh fabric under the armor parts that wrap around the neck. Should finish arms this weekend and start shoulder pads next week.
