I do think this is as close to a perfect one-off series as you can find. It's a classic now. I wouldn't have believed it was possible. Keeping Bats out of it, I think, really helped.

Yes, you can easily pick on the wonky eyes... but there rest is there. But I agree, the HT has the more "terrorizing" expression.

Maybe its Justin's angle/camera but HT looks quite large against the InArt... especially if InArt is already at the correct height. HT Joker looked large to me against Batman as well in his review.

I like the teeth... but I probably would never use the eyes more than once as they seem difficult to get to. I haven't budged the InArt in all this time. For the cost of this head on the secondary market, I could fund the better part of a professional repaint of my InArt sculpt. But then...

Wow... HT wins again! HT's Joker makes InArt look so tiny... and that InArt is not a "tiny" figure on the shelf. Makes me concerned that this Artisan is a "new scale" again -- meaning, oversized. I hope someone can measure it. Looks like it might be 12.5 inches tall.

Yeah, it may seem like a little thing but explaining why Penguin likes Top Hats goes along way to maintaining his classic look while basing it on something true in life.
