I was able to get a waitlist conversion! I'm starting to wonder if Hot Toys keeps doing weathering on these chrome figurers because of the amount of paint defects. I know there was weathering on the ROTJ 3PO and I love the weathering, but I can't help but think it's heavier like on Mando to help...

I’ll take the airborn trooper! More than anything I want two regular 212th clone grunts though… or more. I would love to have them rappelling down in the display, of course with a newly announced 2.0 Cody and 2.0 Obi 😁

Pretty cool, will probably just pick up Fives as he looks cooler than Echo, but I don’t really have an attachment to the character… I like clones, especially arch troopers. Really am tired of the 501st clones though… too much blue on the shelf. Would love Gree, Bly, or 212th grunt.

I always wanted two of these so I jumped on this re-release. Like Justin had pointed out in his video, while not super noticeable the white on this one is very slightly yellow compared to the original. Not a big deal though. Only other thing that stuck out to me was the brow on the new one is...

Much to the tune of what @Buttmunch said, I would just keep checking Alter Ego and even jump on the waitlist. I have also seen figures come available on Popcultcha after some cancellations.

Pretty happy with this figure, glad I kept it. It seems this one is a little whiter and glossier than the ROTJ version. I like that the gloves on this one has a little gray wash over them. Some quick pics: Video Game Gang:

This is really cool. This is a must have! Hot Toys has been delivering some amazing paint apps with the droids like 0-0-0 and the B2 Battle droid. Looking at the pictures of this, it looks like there is some burn effect with the purple and silver in the brown paint... Looks amazing!

I never noticed Anakin had a different hilt in AOTC 🤯
