They must have found some way to get the tattoos to last, they used to avoid doing seamless on tattooed figures and now they're doing it.

You can still pose them. Posing them to take a picture wont do any damage. Just don’t leave it with 90 degree bend forever and you’ll be fine. You can still make a seamless figure look good with subtle posing too.
