1/6 Hot Toys - Rogue One - Galen Erso (coming soon)

We got Jar Jar, we're getting this, now my hope is aflame again, burning hope like the rebellion itself for the grail BOR GULLET.

    1/6 Hot Toys MMS699 & MMS700 ROTJ Darth Vader

The RoTJ figure appears to have too big shoulder pauldrons, I thought they looked a bit off with the hook shape when handling the figure yesterday. If I am not mistaken, the figure is using the ESB pauldrons.

    1/6 Hot Toys MMS699 & MMS700 ROTJ Darth Vader

The bodies might be different under the suit yes, but holding the figures in my hands save differences in the chest armor and undersuit the proportions look and feel exactly the same, the exception being the neck join on OWK Vader being somewhat more flexible, I assume from a taller neck plug.

    1/6 Hot Toys MMS699 & MMS700 ROTJ Darth Vader

I stand corrected though bodies are the same for RoTJ and OWK Vader, save OWK longer neck and ankle pegs. The photos shows the difference the pegs make. I personally do not like them, they make OWK Vader noticeable more likely to fall prone, the pegs are quite loose compared to the other joints.

    1/6 Hot Toys MMS699 & MMS700 ROTJ Darth Vader

I sold it off already but I am 90% sure ESB vader was noticeably shorter then OWK & RoTJ.

    1/6 Hot Toys MMS699 & MMS700 ROTJ Darth Vader

I own both figures. Same height and proportions save the slightly too long neck on OWK Vader and I assume tiny differences from bodysuit and chest armor. In hand they both look great, slightly prefer the RoTJ due to its codpiece and chest panel appearing better scaled. The longer neck on OWK...

Hot Toys Anakin Skywalker DX "Artisan Edition" 1/6 Figure Revenge of the Sith

Yes it is a lazy release if that is the only change tbh. Joker they made a big deal out of having all new costume and custom body in addition to the STUNNING HAIR CRAFTMANSHIP, you would think all artisan releases should get that treatment at the minimum to have the line be worth the hype.

They have the same body, OWK appears a little taller since the neck is a little (too) longer vs RoTJ.

Better to get it and then get a custom/replacement suit. This is one good figure. And the pleather thing is 100% cheapskating, there are lots of materials that will look good and not fall apart. Like the new nylon suits coming next year.

Or fixing, I had two brush hairs stuck in the paint that I had to remove with pincers on my figure.

Technically it is also an updated Rogue one Vader not just from the Kenobi show, that is why I call it dx28.

Owning both, RoTJ for me but it's close. Can't go wrong with dx28 either.

    1/6 Hot Toys MMS699 & MMS700 ROTJ Darth Vader

I got both but forgot to check this yet. That said, I think the RoTJ head is overall even better then the OWK Vader one, both for the clean helmet look and exposed headsculpts.
