Picked Snape up during a sale at a local retailer. I'm really impressed with it; the sculpt looks great in hand and the tailoring is fantastic. A couple of quick phone pics.

That's one ugly robot! The proportions are all over the place, it's a mess IMO. I was looking forward to seeing what they would do with this G1 line but if that's the direction they're going it's an easy pass.

If that's on the Amerang stand at Celebration then won't the usual UK stores be able to stock it as normal? So no need to buy direct from Sideshow especially since it's not listed as an SS exclusive on their ordering page?

Re: All things transformers!!!! Looks like he's still got those awful silver stripes on his arms and purple rings around his ****s. If they had done a version without those I may have been tempted pick it up; it always bugged me that he was the only one of the three that was painted like that.

FT Hound arrived yesterday and MMC Liger got here today. I love the MMC Sphinx mold; hoping I can get the partially translucent exclusive version of Mirage at some point too.

I'm still hoping I can pick one of these up here in the UK. It's a pity that the Nacional cap is an exclusive item as the ex will probably never turn up over here reasonably priced.

I have no interest in any of those either. With the current £-$ exchange rate I'm quite happy about it.

Star Wars Celebration Europe is happening in July, maybe one of them will be an ex for that? They did the Spacetrooper for the US one last year, so who knows.

It reminds me of Chris Morris from Brasseye and The Day Today. I saw it as soon as I saw the first grey proto photo and I can't shake it. It's a great sculpt and I would have been interested but I just can't unsee it.

That's true! Heading to ebay isn't as much fun. :lol That looks about right- small end into the neck, larger end into the sculpt.
