Send Spencer a very clear email to give you a prompt refund or you will file a credit card chargeback. It worked for me when I wanted a refund on a figure I paid for three months ago. He still didn't actually respond to any of my emails, but he sent the refund, which got dinged with a paypal...

Thanks! I had a lot of fun fitting them in one shelf around the Chitauri stand. I reposed them a while back and had Black Widow plunging the Chitauri rifle blade into the dead one, there's an indent on its back that seems to fit the weapon perfectly... poor dead Chitauri! :lol

I didn't think the movie was that great... but this figure is awesome!

Just curious, why do you think its rubbish? HT haven't even released a diecast figure yet. I'd wait until one comes out before making a judgment on it. The Iron Man prototypes I've seen in person look just as good as their current plastic counterparts.
