Hot Toys really stepped up their game with this one, especially in the paint apps and skin texture. Last time i remember that kind of detail was in perhaps Tarkin, but now with even the painted stubble, looks great. Competition has been good.

Thanks! I airbrushed Vallejo acrylics, i beleive it was a mix of Tan Yellow, Ochre, Saddle Brown and Off-White to find the right tone. Then a very thinned out/watery Vallejo Smoke to weather with brush in crevices, armpits, stains, and lastly dry brushing lighter colours for some subtle hightling.

Haha yes the video presentation itself almost puts me off this figure.. those explosions clipping at the edge of their mask, popping away before they fade, etc, cheapens the whole unveiling. The move to patent 'technology' such as 'magnetic eyes', 'silicon replication' and 'invisible joints'...
