I had the same question but ended up just going with the TOPO body, I've not used one so far though.

These pictures for me show that the Topo set looks much more premium and accurate over the PT version, which don't get me wrong I like and currently have it displayed in my collection. My Topo set should be arriving this/next week and I'll be using the Hot Toys head for now until I get my Rooted...
