I think there were 20 Fullsets of each separate version and 40 DX sets combining both. The DX COA has a gold sticker that says "DX Version." Mine indicates an edition of 40.

I haven't figured out a Photobucket replacement so I can't share it here, but Owen just posted a Ned Stark with real hair on Facebook. The repaint utterly vindicates that sculpt. It's Sean Bean.

What's the story with replacing the hair? Is it a better quality of synthetic hair? Real hair (yak)? Is it the goop you add? Is it Modge Podge?
