You never know when you'll get the opportunity to upgrade the head. But if someone does a custom replacement head or you find the Medicom one on eBay and you don't have a base figure...whatcha gonna do? You don't want the Medicom body or their clothing that transfers dye.

Putting the batteries into the magnetized BB-8 head was the funniest thing I've done in collecting in a long time. Every time the batteries popped back out I laughed. They're alive!

I did the ankle mod today. Lousy light, but you can see the height matchup.

Seems to be. The similar shot with the listing at Sideshow has the collar zipped up and the head tipped downward. Really looking forward to this.

Irises are too large and too light. Needs a bit more of the whites showing, and the eyes should be brown.

Used a software remedy to see what this would look like with heavier eye makeup. Getting there?

Several of these latest sculpts from Star Ace are a letdown.

While the lower part of the face gives me pause, I also think the eyes will look better when painted better. She needs more eye makeup. Calling SilentSurfer...

I love the sculpt. Can't wait. And Viktor is wonderful -- I wasn't sure they'd do more characters.
