    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Now I see it, too. Might be a bit of both. Cowl details, especially the brows, look too sharp. I could be wrong, but also I think the mouth plate could be vertically squished a touch more?

    Hot Toys: Beetlejuice 1/6 Figure

Not the ideal version of the character, but I'm always happy to see Hot Toys do something other than Marvel, DC, or Star Wars.

Blitzway - EP III: Revenge of the Sith - ???

    It's obviously Kit Fisto.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

Was thinking the same. Neutral is too neutral. The smirk on the left here is neutral enough while still having a nice touch of personality. Paint looks great in these photos. Where are they taking preorders? Is there a page with all the info/perks/milestones?

    *BEWARE SPOILERS* Alien: Romulus

I dunno if this was intentional, but well done. 😁

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power | Amazon Prime Video - September 2, 2022

I go to the '77 cartoon for my Hobbit needs. Big fan of frog Gollum and cat Smaug.

    *BEWARE SPOILERS* Alien: Romulus

We might not get Romulus figures from Hot Toys, but at least we have Batman Grabbin' the Goo:

The Crow reboot with Bill Skarsgard

I don't understand why Hollywood thinks this story needs to be modernized to resonate. There's so much nostalgia for the '80s and '90s now, I'm sure a period film would've gotten more attention.

    Predator: Badlands (November 7th, 2025)

Reminds me more of Twins with Schwarzenegger and DeVito. One grew up in the wild and street smart, one sheltered and book smart.

    Prime 1 - Predator - 1/3 Scale Museum Masterline MMPR-01DXS - Jungle Hunter Predator

That's so frustrating. Other collectors have suggested emailing more frequently, squeaky wheel gets the grease kind of thing.

    *BEWARE SPOILERS* Alien: Romulus

Good perspective for whenever there's a limited Hot Toys drop on Sideshow. It's never as bad as sneaker collecting.

    Prime 1 - Predator - 1/3 Scale Museum Masterline MMPR-01DXS - Jungle Hunter Predator

Have you messaged Shane recently? I read on the other forum that he's been having issues with his supplier(s) lately, but this piece has been out for a while. Surely it can't be related.

    Furiosa (May 24, 2024)

I enjoy the movie, but agree with all of this.

    *BEWARE SPOILERS* Alien: Romulus

Well, Scott's movies had far more problems than just confusingly mutable goo. If the issues stopped there, you could chalk it up to '70s-era pulp sci-fi weirdness. Alvarez embraces the unpredictable goo, but none of the other illogical plot or character beats. The return to retro-futurism also...

RATE or REVIEW The Last Movie You Watched.

Upgrade - 7/10 First time. Could be an 8 if it holds up on a rewatch, but I'll wait a while. Very cool movie.

    *BEWARE SPOILERS* Alien: Romulus

Good points here. I wouldn't say Scott is trying to denounce Christianity specifically. He's still embracing the creation myth, with Weyland himself refusing to believe our existence is the result of biochemical chaos. If Scott has anything to say about a possible God, it's that they might be...

The Crow reboot with Bill Skarsgard

So many years in development hell, so many different filmmakers attached to the project... and they land on something that anyone with a modicum of sense should've been able to tell in two minutes was a mistake.

    *BEWARE SPOILERS* Alien: Romulus

Hmm... The Canon 1. Aliens - the perfect movie experience 2. Alien - a work of art, but I have a couple of very minor gripes regarding sound and editing, plus I prefer something a bit more character-driven 3. Alien 3 (assembly cut) - mediocre script, but the production design, atmosphere &...
