Hi @JazzInc - I thought I understood that the turbine will spin via remote control, so I assume this will have some type of electric motor. Will this be a “serviceable part” that we can address, should it wear out at some point?

Mine had the foam, so no big deal. It's going to look noticeably lacking next to the jazzinc version anyway, so no harm in covering it. Sit it well away from the Jazzinc 89, behind the searchlight and below the batwing, and I think we have the 89 movie fully covered.

For a while, I thought I might be one of those people selling, but now I'm thinking about keeping it and displaying it with the cocoon on it. I don't know just how cheap you might think this will be going for, but the new version doesn't have the cocoon, so it might not be as cheap as you would...

I have no doubt that people will customize both versions. It's the neck and the cowl on the HT version, it'll be the eyes or something else on the Inart version. There's always something that isn't quite right or could be improved, and there's always someone willing to address it. Lucky does...

You might want to reach out to jazzinc to see if they can get this moving from their end. I doubt anyone here can do anything without being the actual shipper.

I never installed the rod on my HT batmobile. There’s a groove cut in the hood that the front of the canopy hooks into. If you just lift the back of the canopy a bit, it slides along the grooved track. Never had an issue.

If it makes you feel any better, I have yet to get anything from jazzinc that didn’t exceed my expectations, and I actually started out collecting batmobiles before I got into figures. It sounds like perhaps your concern is about the total amount of money this costs, which is a whole...

I always assume a zero resale. That way, when I buy it, I know I really want it. I'm not sure that a 1/6 batmobile is something that people should speculate on, but I also don't think there's enough of a history to glean anything about resale prices on the secondary market for a used...

I actually got the bat when it first came out - the deluxe version with the figures. It’s the only 1/12 scale item I own. It sort of sits off by itself. I’ll probably order this for the unmasked look to go with it as the sculpt looks pretty good. I don’t see picking up any more 1/12 figures...

I don’t know how many people ordered the HT 1/12 bat, but this would go nicely with it.
