The actual prop measurements for the DK2 unit are 149.5" x 47.25" x 42.25". In 1/6 scale, lengthwise, that's 24.92 inches. HT is 23.23". That's over 1.5" too short. As was pointed out earlier, all of these tolerances were probably ok back in the day when the focus was really on toys...

That's what I see too. Also it's 9 feet, 4 inches wide. That would make it 30" by 18.6" in 1/6 scale. The actual HT tumbler is 28.74" by 18.11". They shorted this one too.

I completely agree - excellent post (y) The black HT tumbler was the first thing that got me into this hobby. I actually collected batmobiles (on a much smaller scale) and my wife gave it to me for father’s day. I’m sure she had no idea what she started :ROFLMAO: At this point, I’d really...

Now you’ve both got me wanting a jazzinc tumbler. Imagine how awesome that would be correctly sized with diecast parts and a real paint job (y) I’ve always hated how flimsy all of those wings are and the cockpit opening system. They also went really cheap on the interior, which I know Joost...

11.81 inches is exactly 30 centimeters. 12 inches is almost 30.5 centimeters. In this reality, 30 has never equaled 30.5 :ROFLMAO: If anything, the dx09 was too tall for a 5 foot 9 inch actor. That guy probably needs to spend a little less time posting, and a little more time studying ;) No...

For what it's worth, it has been my observation that these threads have waves as predictable as the seasons, so don't get discouraged or upset with your purchase - it's like peeing in the wind. I believe we're in what I call "Wave 3". Wave 1 - Hope and Pre-Order Elation. A new product is...

JND Studios 1/6 scale Heath Ledger Joker figure

When Inart and JND announced they were coming in to the 1/6 world, I felt like we had all just won the lottery. The way it’s shaping up, we’re now each paying upwards of a grand for the chance to win a decent $500 figure. It’s a strange world we live in.

“Foresight” I see what you did there :ROFLMAO:

It’s all good. Glad to have a conversation with someone who clearly takes time to post good stuff (y) Just a couple of thoughts, based on your last post. Respectfully, I don’t think I can agree with that. They sold out of three different 1/6 versions of the BVS/Justice League batmobile, yet he...

I agree with what you’re saying about the 1/12 consumer and their wants, but I think I might need to clarify my point. This isn’t a case where jazzinc wants or needs to pivot to the 1/12 crowd. This is just a last opportunity for that crowd to prove they can support premium 1/12 vehicles by...

I certainly can’t speak for Joost, but he strikes me as the type of person that doesn’t compromise his efforts just to make a sale. I think he has way too much personal integrity for that along with a very high standard for quality. I’d be very surprised if he ever put out a product that...

    Jazzinc 1/6 Batman 1989 Batmobile

I think it just comes down to the fact that a premium 1/12 vehicle doesn’t sell nearly as well as a corresponding 1/6 vehicle, proportionally priced. Just look at the BVS batmobile, for example. I also think that there are arguably way more buyers for a really large 1/6 vehicle, as compared...

What's the old saying? Ignore your customers and they will go away. Elitism might be passable if they were selling Ferraris, but they're selling the same Ford everyone else is selling, they're just saying their undercoat is better ;) All things being equal, my money will go to Inart every time.

If I decide to do anything on this, it would be A for me. Since it's really an interrogation room paint job, I'd remove the coat and jacket and use that instead of the Inart interrogation room joker from my rooted two pack. The shoulders have to be better with this one and I think it would...

They’ve embraced the fact that partnering with customers benefits everyone. Now they’re leveraging that as a differentiator in the marketplace. This is why they’ll go far (y)

@Kit Chen - Is this a figure you're going to sell, or are you taking a pass?
