    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Almost certain the proto still had the DX09 suit under the new cowl. Don’t understand why they changed it…

Hot Toys 1992 Batman Returns 2.0

Mars is run by HT…??? 🤔

It’s so unreal to read that we have to reuse 12 years old face plates to get a minimum of likeness… I’ll probably do the same… So crazy… A little bit of blue tack could probably fill the gap.

Hot Toys Batman (1989) Batmobile (Reissue)

The 2013 version got the art box protected by a brown box. Nowadays Tiny economies

You would probably see a 3.0… in 2036…

I agree. Seems too curved. It should be more triangular IMO. DX09 was closer on this point too IMO

It gets a lot of Returns vibes on this shot.

The prototype wasn’t so bad…🙄 shame. It got the correct suit and finish…

It’s gonna be much bigger than the HT…😅

Me too, never been fan of the batskiboat, and overall of the batmissile which was the ugliest end of the most glorious car in the cinema history. Looks like a spermatozoid wandering in Gotham’s streets… Concerning your HT Batmobile. Yeah I understand your point of view. But keep in mind that...

Yeah maybe DX09 is inaccurate, with flaws and clumsiness but from every angle and every light source, it will always reminds you Keaton without any effort. The new one is maybe a better figure on many aspects (emblem, cape, articulation…) but you have to do an effort intellectually to imagine...

If you look at the video on the page, you can see all the scenes doubled by Carl Newman. https://www.balletbat1989.com/

Unless you’ve got one of the cars used on set, this is the closest thing on earth… Absolutely crazy! An authentic 1/6 copy of the real car!

    Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

From profile, if you forget the pers panel, the downgrade in terms of likeness is really visible. 2.0 - DX09 I think the problem comes from the lips not being pronounced enough, the eyes holes not being open enough and the less pronounced bump on the head which softens the eyebrows too...
