ThreeZero. Was told to send it back, cost me £16.45 in postage which is quite annoying as I would've expected a replacement as they can't possibly fix it so essentially I'm buying a new head sculpt from them in a sense.

I hope it’s the replacement head sculpt and not the new part which they announced for the bike because that’s what’s being sent for me.

Got a reply back today and they pretty much told me to jog on and deal with it. They don’t even need to send me the whole bike, just the arms for the sword holders on the bike. The whole arm is joined by ball joint and can be popped of! Guess this shows GT Aftercare is piss poor, what a let down.

No way, that is is unbelievable, guess that’s why I haven’t heard back from GDI. Have just chased them for an update.

Good job the black foam inserted in the 2nd batch wasn’t in there, that impact in the corner would’ve damaged your figure box! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Is it this one which was posted earlier? Not sure why his post was deleted, but it looks like he used a base with a monitor on the back going by his post in a group.

I tried asking for a box replacement, they said they can’t supply, but other damages parts they have applied for replacement from factory. It’s worth making them aware of the issues, so GT can understand how wide spread the problem is and also GDI should’ve double boxed.

Great video! It's such an amazing figure. Just need GDI to send me my replacements ASAP so I can properly set it up in my display.
