Agree, this is not better than the TE sculpts. But TE ones will definitely shine if repainted. Ofc, that will increase the final cost and I am not THAT big of a fan to commission at least one of them.

Let me put it this way. For the same price of SST I got the TE v2 that is perfectly displayable + 4 additonal heads that are better too. Happy for you guys that are ok with SST release. In the end that is what matters.

I will never get a fig if I do not like it enough. SST were supposed to improve, when they did not. I eat the NRD of PT Homelander because I did not like the body. TE improced on it and I am very happy with the outcome. With SST I only see a body with fixed boots for $170? Yeah, not worth it to...

Just canceled my PO with Giantoy. This looks worse than TE v2 - to me at least. No ankle movement, no weathering, sculpts are bad - all of them. I doubt SST will make another though. It took em almost 3 y for this and they did not improve at all. Such a fail.

Yeah, I dont think they are available anymore unless they reissue them due to popular demand 😁. Still, for those who have the PT (TE v1) or TE v2 having another body to use the extra heads would be awesome. If the material/body for the SST is indeed good enough.

Giantoy has 15 days policy for those paypal invoices. Should be enough time for some reviews to come out. Then will decide if I will eat the deposit and cancel.

Just got my PayPal invoice notice from Giantoy. Man, I want to see the fig before paying it off. It's for $167 so damn close to what I paid for the Toys Era v2. If the suit is better and the TE heads are compatible, or SST have indeed improved them, I will definitely get him.
