The Phantom Menace: It actually isn't that bad!

Thanks and appreciate it, sorry I'm a grump today. Just feel bad for this guy because he was just a kid and not prepared for the backlash against him. There have been so many jokes at his expense and with the amount and variable quality of the content that Disney is pumping out for Star Wars at...

The Phantom Menace: It actually isn't that bad!

Unnecessary comment about a person who went through a really rough time

    Future of DC Films (DCEU)

Good luck Gunn. You humiliated Cavill and alienated a large proportion of the fan base in one go. I've been feeling the fatigue of these cape movies for a while now so the decision for me not to watch this DCENew will be an easy one. Contrary to Tarantino's thoughts on this matter, I've only...

    Spock secured. Very excited

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS677- Episode II: Attack of The Clones - Padawan Anakin Skywalker

That Anakin sculpt is incredible! Well done Hot Toys.

1/6 Hot Toys - Episode II: Attack of The Clones - Padmé Amidala

I don't love this head sculpt. It is an ultra detailed female head sculpt that resembles Natalie Portman in her thirties (from some angles it is uncanny) but it doesn't look like her from AOTC in my opinion. I also don't love the expression. I don't want judgemental Padme looking at me from the...

    Future of DC Films (DCEU)

I'm so worn out with subpar phase 4 and the WB / DC decision makers colossal ineptitude (imagine squandering a superman 2 movie!) that I don't have it in me to start again with a new DC cinematic universe. If they recast I'm out. Marvel is no longer appointment cinema or TV, I've not seen any...

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

Has Nanjin ever mentioned doing figures from Star Trek III Search for Spock? Visually they could be quite interesting (thinking Spock in the white robes from the end of the movie and Kirk in his uniform but with the leather jacket).

I need to know what the new Khev Canon consists of!

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

There is no pre-order and the figures are ready for shipping so once they sell through there won't be anymore.

EXO-6 Star Trek "General Discussion" 1/6 Line

The price on this great given similar offerings from other companies. Given the 'exclusive' nature of this release if it was from Hot Toys you could expect at least another 100usd added to that asking price and I doubt the figure would be any better from them except the paint department.

Asmus - Gandalf the White - Crown Line

Please let me know if anyone is buying the set who doesn't want Shadowfax? I'd very happily purchase a shadow fax on its own (I'm based in the UK).

Star Wars: Andor (April 22, 2025)

I think someone must have removed a-dev's CPU chip because it looks suspiciously like he is thinking for himself... the hive mind like this one a-dev, join us.

    Present Toys - 1/6 PT-50 & PT-51 T-800 Terminator (Battle Damaged)

Quite interested in that re-cast enterbay head sculpt. I am still laughing at the comments about the belt disintegration! They should do the belt in leather, that would prompt loads of people to want this or at least that piece parted out.

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

The rooted sculpt looks a lot like this reference which is impressive - however, I hope Inart are not using this picture as their main reference for the sculpt. Viggo's features are slightly distorted here (lips parted with a snarl to them, his nostrils are flared and his eyes hardened with...

The Phantom Menace: It actually isn't that bad!

Haha, this is your equivalent of someone finding some of your old tweets that would no-longer be considered politically correct. Hey look guys I found a post where Khev is saying positive and insightful points about the Prequel Trilogy.

The Phantom Menace: It actually isn't that bad!

Khev this is great post from the days before the ST that I am only now discovering! I hadn't realised that Palpatine's scheme to become Chancellor was not clear to the audience, I've always interpreted the movie in the manner that you described above. I don't know if that's because I read the...
