KGHobby has been known to struggle honoring their shipping price if prices go up at the time the item is released. During the height of the pandemic they asked for an additional 200 usd to ship Gametoys Cloud and Hardy Daytona or wait until prices improved. Prices eventually did improve, but...

You're asking a company that has failed to deliver product multiple times prior to tell you that they are legitimate-- there's only one way they will respond. There are already numerous posts of people with "pre shipping" numbers and no actual product being shipped. Don't hope. Get your money...

If you got a Sephiroth from them at retail then you're the only person I've seen attest to that in almost 2 years.

Avoid in my opinion. ShowZ/Gundamit has a deep discount on AC Cloud and it stand to reason Zack will also eventually get a deep discount. Even if you lose your KGH deposit now, if you change your mind down the line you can order the Zack from Showz/Gundamit and the final price will probably come...
