The engineering on that pod thing threw off all the proportions, especially in the chest. Same way altering the Hulkbuster to fit a full sized figure inside, a feature no one needed in he first place, similarly wrecked the articulation in the finished product

MK7 could be done better if they dumped that stupid pod feature and trimmed up the pooched out barrel chest and janky knees

All figures with full body suits (not just spidey) that don't have a zipper are hand stitched on one side to close the open seam they used to cram the body inside, aka a ladder stitch. Same way you finish sewing a stuffed animal or pillow
