This vader is a R1/ first HT mash up with a custom cape and tunic, as well as a repainted mask and dome lowering mod done by me

Tarkin is a great figure indeed! The bald spot overlook holds it back from a perfect score. I also lengthened his legs with longer pegs

if those same complaints actually lead to an improvement in this line, and can rescue it from the brink of disaster its been on from the start, Im all for thos complaints to continue.

Sorry if this has been asked, but what is the consensus from those who own both this and the Hot Toys. Is this an upgrade?

BC basically told me to go F myself when I asked for a replacement on my defective, glue globed and scratched up Oddjob stand... "sorry, no replacements offered at this time"

I dont really care about this pre production armor, but it looks good otherwise. Not loving the braids again though..

Any chance I might be able to have my glue glob / warped oddjob stand replaced Greggo?

Oddjob figure itself was fine but i have the issues i mentioned with the stand..

Just got my Goldfinger and Oddjob. Oddjobs glass part of the stand has some kind of weird warp in it, as well as globs of glue all over the base, and Goldfinger has a nose rub. What a disaster this release is.

I was with ray as he opened and modded these figures and his review is fair and more than favaorable. The fact that these exist at all puts them ahead of the game here and makes me more forgiving of the flaws. I am happy I saw them, and since I had the exact same custom bond Ray does, I now know...

Again, regading the cig, if you guys dont want to mod the cigarette, track down the fight club ones. real good call on dying the suits!
