WTF, I just checked my Sideshow Merman Exclusive preorder and it now says Preparing to Ship. I didnt even get any email or warning, and my credit card was charged yesterday! Not a big deal in the end, but I'm used to their system at least emailing me some details first! Shipping to Australia...

Sigh. Another frickin repaint release. Really getting tired of these constant variants without unique characters being released too. So many great unique characters they could give us from their concept art such as Gamorrean Guard, Artoo, IG-88, Ackbar, Yoda, Amidala, Scout Trooper. At least...

Here's my review of the new Bigboystoys HK Street Fighter TNC-10 Sagat set. Glad to finally receive another character in the series, and now I just hope they dont wait another bloody 4 years to release Balrog and M.Bison to finish off the cast!

Some scale comparison pics of Skyfire and other MPs. The size follows the G1 scale chart pretty closely!

There may be a few nitpicks in jet mode, but for me Skyfire is damn near perfect in bot mode. I think the proportions are fantastic for its cartoon aesthetic, and definitely "heroic" enough for me! Articulation is quite good too, and I much prefer the unbroken centre chest area like the Seekers...

Here are my thoughts on the new MP Skyfire. Decent alt mode, but bot mode is where this truly excels. Transformation was smooth sailing until the ending with the backpack almost ruined it all for me!
