They will spend the money and develop the Serbine face sculpt with articulated eyes. Easy repaints for the future for different hair styles and collectors won't complain as much since the eyes can move :)

Wolffe does not need Plo Koon with him to be awesome. He will look awesome just by himself! I do prefer a Wolfpack trooper with him though.

I don't know about the release date of Andor S2 but Tech is said to be Q2-Q3 of 2024. If Andor S2 comes out in the later part of the year we still have a quarter of releases for HT to announce that can include Cassian. Assuming HT want to release him during S2. I don't know about the other...
