Unfortunate for those that are disappointed with the final product. Hopefully you can return/cancel it or enjoy it more in-hand if either of those options aren't available. I would hope that retailers can see the difference between advertisement and reality here though and help with a refund...

Many of us in the US are still waiting on Wonder Woman from retailers. Not sure how the situation is in the UK.

I'm certain a few will pop up once this starts shipping from US distributors. Might be a couple of months though.

Man, that's one gorgeous looking statue. :love JND has been quite transparent about their process and pricing. Honestly, with talented in-house artists I'm surprised that they make as many of these as they do. Happy they do though, it's already hard enough to secure a pre-order.

Looking great right out of the box there. Also, loving the size of the box. Won’t take up half my basement like Prime 1 pieces do.

Fair point. That’s what I’m thinking. A little manual persuasion and maybe just a little bit of water on your fingertips to loosen the product that’s already in place. Probably start in the back, where it’s less likely to be viewed, and see how it works out.

Fair point. I haven't seen anyone claiming to buy JND statues because of a low edition size. They're not even that low, given that many collectors are priced out. It's one reason that I don't delay on securing one for myself but I haven't really done that with any collectible these days...

Other companies aren’t having in-house artists do the fine painting. They’re outsourcing to factories and the result is lesser. Edit: I do agree that smaller runs tend to cost more, that’s true of most products. I just don’t believe it’s the major contributing factor to their pricing. It’s hard...

Not really, no. I’m certain that materials used and in-house artists for heads, hands, and hair play a large factor.

No personal experience but I've heard mixed things. I'm fairly certain you'd receive the product but if there were any issues it seems likely they wouldn't remedy them. Plus, there would be import fees and shipping on top of the already inflated price. You might have some luck camping US retail...

Can't say it's not interesting. Very curious to see the final product. Will likely put Sideshow's similar offerings to shame.
