Glad you like it! However I’m a little confused by the “re-cast” comment. I sculpted each piece of that armor myself by hand, and if I make new molds they’re from the originals, so there is no re-casting. Is that what you meant to say?

You can set up a pressure casting system for around $200, great for molding and casting small stuff.

Believe me when I said casting in softer material is very difficult and not much more poseable as the more flexible material would have to be very soft to hold the pose and not have a memory. A 10A shore hardness urethane rubber would be your best bet but it tears easily. Your best option would...
