I think Winston's might be the same, just with a better paint job this time. I'm basing that on the fact that it's still too small.

Winston's head still looks to be on the tiny side. Man, not only do I hate that I'll have to re-buy the whole set, but with inflation and the weaker Canadian dollar, the price tag is going to hurt a lot.

Hard to say for sure, but it looks like they might be using the same torn cowl mold from the original release, so maybe the original BW sculpt was a bit beefier, and filled out the cavity in the torn cowl a bit more?

While it sucks to lose $2-3K of value, I'm hoping there is no reason for me to re-purchase the set, like improved face paint, or sculpt updates. Also, I wonder if they'll offer the same bundles again, or just release individual figures this time?

I'm not really digging the Returns 2.0 cowl. The first release was absolutely perfect. The only thing I actually want from 2.0 is the updated Bruce Wayne sculpt. I wonder how difficult it would be to find that parted out when this is released?

Are there differences in the earlier uniform, other than the boots?

If you want some solid Keaton Batman representation in your collection, I'd recommend the HT Returns 2.0 set, and the deluxe JazzInc Catwoman. Just imagine how those will look on the shelf side by side. :love:

Ok, my final prediction before they're unveiled: BW announces this as a GB2 line, using mostly the original sculpts, with improved paint apps. The tan flight suits with 84 logo, plus the dark suits with GB2 logo will be included with each figure. Ray and Winston with come bundled with slime...

I wonder if this was always planned by BW, or if it's a very last minute reaction to the other two company's making 1/6 GBs?

Is the 2.0 diorama worth it if I don't plan to use the gargoyle? I intend to sell the 2.0 figure, and if I use the diorama it will live in a detolf, so the gargoyle will have to stay in the box. Worth it at that point, or just don't bother?

Really happy I held out so loooong for my first Vader. I was determined to wait for a 1/6 ROTJ Vader from HT, and it feels like my patience was rewarded because it's such a stellar piece!
