    Blade Runner 2049 - 1/6 scale figures / parts / modifications

Yep, I was lucky enough to pick up the sculpt painted by Yelim. Almost certainly the only Yelim paint job I’ll ever own, and I’m glad it’s this one.

    Blade Runner 2049 - 1/6 scale figures / parts / modifications

Can’t believe I missed this thread all this time! In case anyone wanted the refresher, here’s the old “standard” for customs: JNIX/new Yunsil (forgive the bad coloring for the coat, haven’t had a chance to properly photograph since I got the Yunsil set): I’ve since added the Mr.Nobody blaster...

Hot Toys The Dark Knight Joker DX/Artisan 1/6 Scale Figure

I’m always curious about those situations. I know there was that Sideshow Deckard they toted around SDCC back in 2017, but I’m assuming they didn’t have a Blade Runner license for a 1/6 figure and just wanted to show off the interest.

    1/6 Black Box BBT9035 Sicario

I wasn’t able to find any reference but I’m assuming the boots are totally inaccurate. Seems BlackBox hasn’t made a new pair since their Blade Runner K figure, this is the third time they’ve used those Bates after K and (inaccurately) the NTTD Bond.

    Asmus Twin Zombie Girls

Interesting, the Khloe version seems to be a legally distinct version of the teddy bear walker from the first episode of Walking Dead. Honestly a pretty good route for them to go through with this line.

Hot Toys Clone Commando Sixth Scale Figure

No extra license is even needed (if that’s how it works for HT). Delta appeared in The Clone Wars so they can just release them under that line, and it would also make sense with the awful animated/realistic hybrid they went with for the Commandos.

1/6 SUPERMAD TOYS, the old detective 2049

It’s amazing to me that we haven’t seen a single new K since the Supermad release (not counting the Present Toys version since that’s vanished). Luckily there’s the custom route for those who are willing to spend the money, but even the custom pieces are fairly difficult to get a hold of.

Here’s the post with all the info:

Hot Toys Mandalorian Season 3 Moff Gideon

Yup, I’m looking for the sculpt for just that reason. This head on the Present Toys Chicken Man makes a nice BCS Gus.

Blitzway: The Boys: Homelander & Billy Butcher 1/6 figures

Same here. Crossing my fingers that Butcher turns out well since I sold the SooSoo and will possibly never get the Eleven/Kai. I doubt they’ll do a good enough Homelander for me to upgrade. The SooSoo body is pretty good and I’m counting on the custom smiling head I have to turn out well, since...

Mars Toys - Gus Fring Breaking Bad 1/6 figure.

I like the weathering they did on the Face Off clothes… Honestly I don’t love that look as the Gus for my display, but if I were to pick one from the set it would be that one.

Hot Toys Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: Star- Lord

Really liking what I’m seeing here. The sculpt looks fantastic and my biggest issue with the prototype was that the pants kinda gave the impression of jorts, but I’m not seeing that here at all. Very happy I ordered this!

Mars Toys - Gus Fring Breaking Bad 1/6 figure.

Are you referring to the “soon” picture from a year and a half ago? I think I’d prefer the Chicken Man version from BCS, but it’ll be interesting to see how this came out.

    The "All things TERMINATOR" thread.

Did Yixie just spoil the clean T-800?

Hot Toys Obi-Wan Kenobi (The Clone Wars)

Yep, just about. I actually did swap the lower arms from the old body just to have the skin tone, but otherwise it’s just the ROTS outfit on the new body. I also added the foam padding from the ROTS body to the new body’s traps, since without it the tabards slopped a little too far down.

Hot Toys Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) - The Amazing Spider-Man 2 [NWH]

Yeah that whole situation with RCN was a bit of a shitshow. They had the John Wick head coming out first, but the “production” sculpt was a mess when it was supposed to release last December. Then there was an update in March blaming factory issues, and I think the gist after a long tangent was...

Hot Toys Obi-Wan Kenobi (The Clone Wars)

The likeness and rolling eyes of the sculpt came out great so I picked up this head and body even though I’m not too interested in the figure. I only got the ROTS figure because I had a custom sculpt for it, so the fact that I’m now swapping it out for an official sculpt is a testament to Hot Toys.

    Hot Toys: Beetlejuice 1/6 Figure

I hate to give HT so much credit when they didn’t nail the likeness but I don’t know, this release just feels so inspired I guess. While it could be in spite of Sideshow, you get a hell of a lot for $330 with the wool hair, eyes popped head, and tombstone. I was really just expecting Cosbabies...

1/6 Hot Toys - Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness - Scarlet Witch Figure

I was gonna pass on this since I had the WandaVision SW, but the pictures of the likeness here really sold me on the figure.
