That optical illusion of a base feels like a swing and a miss. The hair/head for the Murray show Joker looks a bit off now too. How the might have fallen! Down with InArt!

The only thing I don’t like about this picture is how it’s tempting me to move away from the cape/cowl look. I may have to put together a(nother) Drifter Bruce to display that sculpt along with the batsuit.

Fantastic sculpt, and a fantastic price too. The upper body set ended up being pretty superfluous for how I was gonna display Daryl, but the extra shirt and boots were pretty nice.

Even if they hold up in terms of quality, the issue is the neck/chest. I feel like it would look too plasticy without a repaint, and that’s if the neck isn’t too short for the sculpt/outfit combo you’re using.

I don’t even mean this in a bad way, but that’s probably the most flattering shot of the SooSoo head I’ve seen so far. Still not nearly as good as the Yixie ToysEra sculpts, but much better than it’s looked in other pictures.

I think my only complaint with this one is that the skirt seems super basic compared to the detailed ones in the movie, but I absolutely love 2049 and still needed to have this. Plus, the top heavy deposit will make it sting a lot less once it comes time to pay the balance! :monkey3

I don’t think it’s too hyperbolic to say that the Star Ace sculpts are better than the SooSoo ones. Waruna is a very talented sculptor, and his sculpts look a lot more like Antony Starr, compared to the SooSoo ones which remind me more of Billy Crudup. The final product for Star Ace is a mess...

Yeah for what it’s worth, it’s a good sign that I’m looking at that Bruce Wayne figure and going “that head sculpt looks great” and not “who the hell left the clothing like that?”
